Going to start a place where fans on Royals Keep can share thoughts about the game, Royals baseball, or just shoot the breeze, in general. I will periodically share thoughts, data, and comments during the game here.

Tonight begins a three-game series against our I-70 Rival, the St. Louis Cardinals. The Royals have a 54.3% chance to win today, according to Fangraphs. Noah Cameron is on the bump with first pitch at 6:40 p.m.. at Kauffman Stadium. Apparently, fans should be mindful of traffic due to stadium adjustments at the Truman Sports Complex for the World Cup games.

Lineups are down below, via Fangraphs.

For those unfamiliar, Matthew Liberatore is a very similar pitcher to Noah Cameron. Relies on a pretty mediocre fastball, and he doesn't generate a ton of whiffs either. Liberatore can be susceptible to hard contact, so it will be important for the Royals' lineup to get to him early.
